Clayton & Minnie were selected as the 2008 Bon Homme County Conservation Farmer of the Year. Wittmeier’s operate 308 acres located in the west part of Bon Homme County, near Avon. Wittmeier’s have installed the following conservation practices: a waterway, 137 acres grass seeding, 5 acres critical area seeding and 6 acres windbreak.
